Who is responsible
What we collect
If you complete the assessment and ask for your report, we collect the name, email address, telephone number, city and country you enter, together with your answers to the assessment questions and the household profile derived from them.
Browsing the site without submitting the form does not create a record of you with us.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To produce and send your report — performance of a contract you requested, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- To let you reopen your report later from the link in the email — same basis.
- To send you occasional updates, only if you tick the box — consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, withdrawable at any time.
- To limit abuse of the form we count submissions per IP address for one hour — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and the database in which reports are stored.
- Resend — sending your report by email.
Both act as processors on our instructions under Art. 28 GDPR. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Report data is kept for as long as the report remains retrievable from your link, and deleted on request at any time. Email addresses held for updates are kept until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@plan-b.now and we will act on it.
You also have the right to complain to the Austrian data protection authority, the Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna.
Cookies and local storage
The assessment stores your progress in your own browser so that reloading the page does not lose your answers. That data stays on your device and is not readable by us. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
